Return & Warranty Policy

1. You may return eligible frames within 14 days of pick-up for a refund to the original payment method (excluding shipping, tax, and rush delivery fees, unless required by law). Frames must be unaltered, non-customized, in new condition, and include original packaging. Frames adjusted for lens fitting or patient sizing are not returnable.
2. All prescription lenses, including single vision, progressive, and coatings (AR, transitions, blue-light filters), are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are custom-made—even if the frame is returned.
3. Refunds for promotional or discounted items will not exceed the amount paid after the
discount.
4. If you believe your eyewear has a manufacturing error, return it within 30 days for inspection. If confirmed, we will remake the glasses at no cost.
5. Anti-reflective (AR) coatings carry a 1-year warranty for coating defects only (not wear, tear, or improper cleaning).
6. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method (no cash refunds). Store credits are valid for 6 months from the return date. Fit & Comfort Guarantee:
7.Free adjustments are available within 30 days of purchase to ensure the best fit.
